This space should be a dream to work with as there are so many different areas to use for shoots with space to work properly and gain the right angles.
It is one of the largest builds in the area and has three floors total. Most homes around here only have two.
Total size is roughly 6600 square feet.
There is a 12 foot wide rectractable nano door on the main floor to create a very open view.
It was newly built. We are still finishing up some areas due to delays by trades people. Walls, trim and ceilings are Chantilly Lace white so everything is nice and bright not to mention fresh.
The home has very large windows throughout which provides great natural lighting.
Landscaping outdoors is not fully complete yet. Was planning to put synthetic turf in the backyard with a putting green. With some things being incomplete that allows you to work without ruining grass.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
