Modern Cozy Home In A Family Neighborhood

Welcome! I look forward to lending my space with you! My home is a modern, newly built (2020), cozy 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms space! Of the 4 Bedrooms, 2 are furnished and the other 2 are empty to allow your own temporary decorations, or desired usage of the space. Temporary decorations can be provided upon request and at an additional cost if reasonable. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 65 inch TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a glass stand-in shower and separate toilet room. The furnished guest bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 night stands, a vertical dresser and 40 inch TV. All bedrooms are upstairs. There is also a furnished home office downstairs which is great for productions. The kitchen and living room space is an open concept with stainless steel appliances, grey modern cabinets, a 6 person dining table and large sectional for up to 6-8 persons. The living room TV stand has a built-in electric fireplace that change colors for a very pretty living room addition. My home is decorated in somewhat minimalist and decor can be removed or added if reasonable. Although smoking and pets are listed as a no, let's discuss the extent and a possible exception can be made. There is a garage that can be used for filming or storage as need. There is a 10x12 concrete patio outside. Across the street, no more than a 90 second walk, is a parking lost for the community center that can be used as long as there is not a private event - there is also street parking.
