Welcome to Bowen Bay House
Settled amongst the trees on a sunny landscape. All day sun proves excellent lighting for filming in and outside of the home.
Outside there is an open concrete carport with a basketball area tucked behind. The large covered patio has privacy wood slatting that feels warm and modern.
The living room is an excellent spot for any kind of photography or filming. 11 foot windows looking out onto crown land provide the best backdrop.
Black soapstone and light wood envelope the large kitchen. With a black modern appliance wall hiding the fridge and stove.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
