A 1500 square foot cottage, nestled in a small clearing in the centre of a private 25 acre spruce and wild forest north of Toronto in the Georgian Bay area. A long driveway along a tree-lined gravel road takes you the cottage - generous space for multiple vehicles and equipment. Huge, well-maintained lawn surrounds the house, with a pond framing a spectacular view off the back of a wrap-around deck. Cottage is ringed by English gardens and pine tree features, also includes a barrel sauna. There are four other structures on the property - cabins along a gravel path the cuts through a spruce plantation on one side, and wild forest on the other. Home to a rich diversity of birds, also deer and wild turkeys. Modern, open concept cottage with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fireplace and a wide, galley kitchen with an island.
