Newly built scandinavian/modern/transitional house built on Ava Road, backing on to Cedarvale park. Large open rooms, hallways, high ceilings, beautiful house. Easy to move furniture in and out, lots of room for prep / lunch, and many different rooms for options to shoot from. You will find this house to meet your needs given how flexible it is and how many options there are to do what you like with it. Backyard has hot tub, front driveway and garage fits 3 cars, room in area for street parking, etc.
We are open to daily shoots which do not require a permit, or for multi day shoots as well which require a street permit. Because there are fewer opportunities to do shoots with a permit, our preference is that if you will require a street permit, then we would like to have a minimum 10k for the budget. Again given that we can only do 2 shoots per year with a street permit we need to ensure we make the most of it on our end. If you do not require a street permit then we are much more flexible on the rates.
Our home is beautiful and very well suited for shoots. We are easy going and you will find it really easy to work here.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
