Maplewood is a film friendly town with many film productions happening as it is conveniently located a half hour outside NYC. Our property is on a 3rd of an acre with a 3 car garage that can be useful for production use and the house is on a very wide street to allow for easy vehicle access. The neighbors are friendly and quiet.
Our house was originally built in 1917 which we have just finished restoring inside and out. We have a large backyard with an 100+ year old Horse Chestnut tree which adds to the charm of the property.
