Eclectic waterfront one story cottage. Lots of waterfront wildlife, dolphins, manatees, pelicans, egrets and great fishing plus plenty more. One story 3 bedroom/2 bathroom with views from almost every room. Backyard with BBQ, Paddleboards, dock, cornhole, darts, etc. Street legal golf cart on premise that matches the house. Margaritaville bikes and pink and blue paddleboards. Beachy glam vibe with the unique decor. Mixtures of natural wood, blue and white quartz and gold. Sea shell walls mixed with floating bubble light fixtures. Walk, bike or ride to the beach. Famous Caddy's is where we park with our passes to go watch the beach sunsets with champagne in the evenings! Total "Chick Flick" romantic stuff here! Fun standalone bathtub with fireplace and starburst chandleiers. The beach cottage lights up at night with lots twinkly lights in the backyard seating area. Home is walking distance to famous "John's Pass" and great beach town restaurants, coffee shops, boho boutiques,, wharfs, marinas, etc.
