Stunning island kitchen with induction flattop. Idea for camera setup with reverse shots out to river and pool. Huge amounts of natural light (but blackout available). Not another building in site - except the century old Grist Mill across the river. Less than 100m from downtown Erin, but you'd think you're in Muskoka.
Three-tier garden falls to 50x100' flat grass yard, bounded by West Credit River. The on-site dam feeds a 4' diameter functioning waterwheel in the style of the one that powered the original "Woolen Mill". Below balcony is an additional cozy deck with faux tree canopy and firepit table overlooking river.
All pot lights are tungsten and accent LEDs are RGBA, all control via DMX. Beyond the functional kitchen, there are two additional 40amp stove plugs available.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
