Our modern ranch home sits on over 2 private acres just 35 minutes from New York City in Larchmont, NY. The 8 bedroom, 7 bathroom house offers enough space and amenities for a multitude of projects. Interior highlights include a large eat in kitchen, a large living room, a cozy wood paneled den with bar and a bright and airy great room with 12 foot vaulted ceilings and large windows.
Outside you will find a pool, hot tub, pool house with ac/heat, tennis court with stadium lighting (perfect for catering or storage), a large flagstone patio, many different types of specimen trees, natural boulders and perennial gardens.
The town of Larchmont is very film friendly. Permits can be obtained through town hall. There is room for 8 cars in our driveway, as well as off site parking available nearby. Easy access to major highways from our property.
