Located in the heart of Bed-Stuy in Brooklyn, Macon House is a four-story 19th-century townhome available for photo and film shoots. When you enter the parlor floor, you‘ll first walk through the front parlor which has a light pink limewash on the walls and is furnished with original mid-century pieces. As you continue toward the back of the house, you‘ll enter the Cigar Room - think leather Chesterfield sofas, marble and gold accents, and a bar cart loaded with amaro and digestifs. This room is fully painted in a deep forest green, including the ceiling, the doors, and the molding. As you descend to the ground floor, you‘ll be welcomed into our grand dining room whose walls are covered in Gucci‘s marble wallpaper. With the black-painted ceiling and blush velvet chairs, it‘s a perfect scene for an editorial shoot. On this floor you can also find our kitchen looking out onto the backyard and a full bathroom. On the top floor of the house is a guest bedroom, another kitchen, and our master suite. The master bedroom has a unique, charcoal-gray nook that houses a king-sized mid-century platform bed, and three large north-facing windows. The master bathroom is a full spa experience complete with bidet, heated towel rack, steam shower, and a separate bathtub. There is also a finished basement with a home office, media/TV area, a storage room and a 40-foot deep backyard.
