Enjoy filming in a beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. This unit comes with a balcony where you can capture the most beautiful sunset skyline for your shoot. All furniture in this unit is easy to move. Kitchen island and all tables are a person job. The bed and couch is an easy 2 person job.
This building has lots of amenities including a gaming room, lounge, meeting room, gym, pool and theatre room. You can film in these places with prior consent submitted in writing to send to the building property management.
Service elevators must be booked for prep, shoot and wrap days. A property manager will be assigned for the day.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
