You’ll find this waterfront stone cottage at the end of a private dead end road with water surrounding it on three sides! Incredible views from every room, 2 docks, a boat and all the water toys. A large living room with stone fireplace and rough hewn cedar walls opens to the Dining Room with a table that seats 10. The kitchen is bright and white with high end appliances and wood and black accents. 11’ wide doors open to a bluestone patio with comfortable seating and a 12’ table. Watch the sailboats go in and out to the bay or enjoy the swans in Sages Basin. A separate cottage on the property is also available for overflow.
