A completely preserved house 60 miles due north of Manhattan); it's the ideal creative space for any retro-project! It was built and furnished in 1972 and for the most part, has remained unchanged. It features a fantastic slate floored playroom complete with wood paneling, stocked wet-bar and stone fireplace; 2 vintage tiled bathrooms (one pink, one blue), 2 bedrooms (with original furniture and even some 70's clothes), large oak floored living room (with fireplace, sliding glass doors, couch, chairs, lamps & tables), oak floored dining room (with more sliding glass doors) and kitchen (with original working refrigerator, oven, light fixtures, counters, pots, pans, plates). Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
