On the outside, you have lounge chairs, a large seating area on a huge deck, a BBQ gas grill, and a hot and cold outdoor shower. It also includes 2 TV rooms, gameroom with real video games and a workout room with gym equipment, a large kitchen, and 3 family room areas, and just a few steps away from the full playground. Great for family reunions!
Wine touring is fantastic here on the North Fork and you can come back to a very large river rock fireplace with a nice glass of wine. It's just lovely!
Booking with us includes so many amenities like bikes, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, paddle boats, fishing poles, small dingy, floats, and snorkels. Free WIFI and cable TV. Everything you would possibly need and want is here for you. This is the perfect getaway for any occasion. You can even have a lobster bake or meals delivered by one of our local great caterers. Feel free to explore local destinations including the - vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore. The five-star restaurants are just minutes away as well the bar lounge, Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island.
