Our indoor/outdoor luxury home is ideal for your photo & video productions.
Located right in the heart of a small town setting, this Edwardian home is located in cul-de-sac with a private yard. A public park is located at the end of the cul-de-sac.
You get private access to the main entertaining outdoor space that has 4 functions:
- Grill & dining area (6 seats),
- Deck seating with gas firepit (Seats 10)
- Lounge area with wood firepit (Seats 4)
- Turf area with bench seating.
(We've had networking events with 60 folks standing)
Indoor you will find a luxurious open living-space which includes:
- Conversation area by the fireplace (Seats 2-4)
- Cozy living-room area (Seats up to 4-6)
- Dinning area (Seats 6)
- And a fully stocked kitchen with Island seating for 3.
Our light-filled space is uniquely designed for productions. The indoor and private outdoor open space with separate zones is ideal for your projects.
There's a luxurious powder room off of the living-room for your use.
There is a tiny home/container home in the back of the property that can be utilized for your production needs.
$500 Hourly (starting from)
Minimum hours: 2
$500/hour is for cast and crew of maximum 8.
Please inquire for larger casts.
Cleaning fee of $250 for up to 8 people.
Site Rep needed for large groups.
For additional fee we can provide: seating and tables for craft services, restrooms, restroom supplies, and trash removal.
Additional fee apply for use of fire pits, grill and kitchen stove.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
