UPSTAIRS
The Upstairs apartment is completely renovated: new flooring, new windows, new 1.5 bathrooms and new kitchen with butcherblock countertop and stainless steel appliances. Great natural light. Fireplace in Huge living room and in the master bedroom. Dimensions of main rooms: Living room - 24x17. Bedrooms 16x15 and 13x12. Bedrooms make great dressing rooms
DOWNSTAIRS
The Downstairs apartment is partially renovated: new flooring, painted and new windows. Kitchen is not installed/operable but can be with 10 days notice. Bathrooms are not completely operable but can be with 10 days notice. Dimensions of main rooms: Living room - 19x15. Bedrooms 15x15 and 15x12. Open to making changes/improvements based on length of booking.
Booking is for entire house - both units.
PARKING:
Long driveway leading to the backyard - can hold at least 4 cars. Also, Lots of free street parking (day and night) on wide street and very little traffic (next block is a dead end street). Big backyard (by Savannah standards). In the Heart of Historic Savannah. Great Neighbors :-)
Please Note: all tools, personal belongings and debris will be removed upon booking. Security cameras are currently installed.
Property can be available for months at a time. Available add-ons include 24 hour security, production and transportation support and concierge services (food, activities, etc)
