THE SPACE DESIGN COMPANY
The Space House is a one-of-a-kind luxury studio condo and hidden gem located in the sky! The "Space House" has a luxurious, eclectic design layout with separate themed rooms that feature 1 queen bed, 1 full bathroom, a skyline city view, floor-to-ceiling windows, a private balcony, and rooftop amenities.
The Space House is ideal for film shoots, photo shoots, digital content creation, small private events, and art/photography exhibits.
As a one-stop shop for shooting content creation, we have onsite production gear available for an additional charge. If additional space is required, the rooftop and conference area can be rented for production sessions as well.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
