Lee Academy North Campus is a private 15-acre campus with fully vacant 15 classroom elementary school building, with one owner to work with. There is plenty of parking, on site security cameras, lots of space and only one friendly neighbour, then lots of farmland surrounding it. The road is paved and quiet, less than one minute off Highway 8, leading from Hamilton to Cambridge, Ontario. It is a one-hour drive from Toronto.
The building is a 1968 school that could present readily as a school, office building, hospital or police station. The interior has about 30% cleared out prior to a renovation, but 70% is abandoned and the maintenance areas have a “Stranger Things/X-Files” vibe. All spaces in the building are vacant for months now, with much of the building and campus open for use indefinitely any hour of any day.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
