The space is a unique, spacious, and stunning coastal property with an incredible pool and dramatic views across the ocean toward the Caribbean islands of St. Barts and St.Martin. The location is 500 meters from the ocean, located on Sile Bay on the quieter South East of the island. The property is hidden, literally off the beaten track, offering privacy and peace while being only 10 minutes from the beautiful and famous Shoal Bay East beach. Voted as one of the top ten beaches in the world, it has white soft sands, easy snorkeling, and some lovely laid-back and uncommercial beach restaurants and cafes. Closer still is Island Harbour, a small beach spot with local fishing boats bobbing on the sea and a handful of beachside cafes. You may find it hard to leave the side of the designer pool though! The pool is considered one of the largest on the island with a swim-up bar and a shallower, covered child's depth pool at one end. It's all set beside a vast sun terrace, along with an outdoor jacuzzi, sun chairs, loungers, and a covered dining pavilion area with seating for up to 20 people. The pool has a programmable lighting setting which makes it a fantastic focal point for relaxing evenings. There is plenty of privacy for a large party with 7 suites (one of which is a separate apartment, while the master suite has its own lounge area including a sofa bed for children or extra guests). There is plenty of amenity space with air conditioning in all bedrooms and large colonial-style fans. The central lounge and dining area have comfortable seating, a piano, and a dining table all situated below an incredible vaulted ceiling. There is a simple music sound system which can play your choice of music throughout the villa indoors and out. The villa has maid service, gardener, maintenance staff, and local staff and management who (for additional costs) can arrange anything from providing pre-arrival provisions with food and drink, dinner reservations, rental cars, excursions, and babysitting. We also have links with a top local chef who can happily provide anything from daily breakfasts and evening meals to special occasions and celebration banquets. (Notice would be needed if you require this service so we can arrange this catering and confirm costs depending on what standard of cuisine you require.) There are also 3 kitchens and we can provide details of local supermarkets and restaurants. The whole villa has a GE Homespring water filtration system, so the water is absolutely safe to drink. Please note, we have just bought this property and there are some aspects we wish to update/renovate. We are just beginning to make these improvements, so, to reflect this, we are keeping to a pricing structure based on one made by the previous owners a number of years ago.
