Indoors the open floor plan lends itself to easy access to all rooms and an abundance of western exposure brings in lots of natural light. Large wall to ceiling marble modern fireplace is a wonderful focal point in the family room adjacent to large kitchen.
We are extremely easy going and get along well with our neighbours and have the opportunity to have commercials filmed in our house before and would welcome any crew.
