This property is made for filming. It offers a beautiful red brick house with cedar wrap around porch. The property was professionally landscaped with big mature trees. There is a forest on the property to capture your perfect outdoor shots.
We have a gorgeous dance studio located 25 steps from the back of the house. This area, if not required for filming acts as a wonderful holding area as well as for hair make up and wardrobe. There is a full wall of mirrors as well where talent can rehearse and be out of the way of filming. This space can be added to your rental. We have ample parking for large equipment trucks. Our neighbours are amazing. The dance studio is also home to a talent agency. If you require assistance with talent, we are happy to help.
