This ranch style home has 5 bedroom and 3 full bath ranch house nestled in a very sought after zip code within 15 mins to Hartsfield Jackson International airport and downtown Atlanta. This 4 sided brick open concept has been completely renovated, featuring original hardwood flooring on the main level, stainless steel appliances, granite tops and more. Finished full daylight basement offering 3 bedrooms, full bath & a sitting area for relaxation & conversation.
Logistics:
Every inquiry will be reviewed individually with the Renter to determine feasibility and additional fees.
-Depending on the type of event/production and amount of people, a $400 site representative/security fee might be added to your custom offer.
-Security fee might be added to your custom offer. -Cleaning fees might vary as well, going anywhere from $150 up to $500.
-A late-night fee will be applied to any event/production that goes beyond 8:00 pm.
-Misleading booking information provided by the Renter like event type, scope, unlawful activities done within the premises of the property, failure to comply with the host guidelines and/or disorderly conduct, may result in the immediate termination of the event at the Renter’s expense. In the case of this unfortunate scenario, everyone must vacate the property immediately.
SET CARE: No person is to be lying, sitting or sleeping on beds. Beds utilized for filming only. Any beds requiring setup or removal for scenes, management handles this only.

All children must be accompanied by legal guardian at all times. We ask that all productions comply with child labor laws. Any productions not adhering will be shut down.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
