Contemporary Boho Urban Retreat

In the heart of Atwater Village there is a secret oasis complete with multiple lounges, a soaking pond, sauna, outdoor cabana, and so much more. Did we mention there are goats? Mixing contemporary with craftsman, our property consists of 4 buildings all with their own feel. You could easily block 4 different locations here. We are proud to have achieved a relaxed balance of wild and manicured making it the perfect place for anything from luxury to homely. The rental only includes outdoor spaces but we can put together custom packages that include indoor spaces too. Spaces: Barn - our black and white barn is a classic craftsman barn on the outside and a perfect hippy den inside. The Bungalow: The Bungalow was built in the 1890's and is an open plan living room and kitchen looking out onto a big yard with lanterns hanging from the tree and a table that can seat 12. During the day, the goats roam this area. Outside the master bedroom is a private lounge area covered by a pergola and citrus trees. The Loft: The studio overlooks the backyard with a great view of the soaking pond, cabana, and goat yard. Freshly redone, it includes a brights and modern living room, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom along with a decent sized balcony off of the living room. The Studio: Directly below the Loft, the Studio includes a living room, a bedroom with a Japanese style low king-sized bed, a bathroom with a generous rainfall shower head, and a Japanese-style soaking tub. The kitchen is professional grade with a Thor oven and fridge. Outdoor: We have several outdoor areas including a balcony, patio, private "garden of eden", soaking pond, cabana, three outdoor lounges, long dinning table area, goat area.
