Our property is situated on a quiet lake with only 60 cottages, providing a peaceful atmosphere to unwind and make lasting memories. The 4 comfortable bedrooms are designed to accommodate two families, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the stunning lake views.
The water front boasts a dock for jumping, kayaks, and a small beach for the kids to play on, with lots of beach toys provided. Relax on one of the large decks, including a screened-in porch off the kitchen and dining room, perfect for enjoying meals and taking in the breathtaking views.
Inside, the Great Room features a beautiful stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that draw you in and invite relaxation. The lower floor includes two additional bedrooms, a large rec room with a 4k TV, Foosball table, dart board, and an Xbox 360 for the kids to enjoy. The rec room also features a chalkboard for drawing and plenty of toys to play with.
Our Lake House is designed to accommodate families with kids looking for a stress-free vacation. With two fire pits, one located on the water's edge, you'll have plenty of opportunities to gather around the fire and make lasting memories.
The Lake House is perfectly situated to offer the best of both worlds - peaceful seclusion on the lakefront and easy access to nearby attractions. The charming Rosseau General Store and the LCBO are both just a 9-minute drive away, as is the popular Crossroads Restaurant. Families with young children will enjoy the Rosseau Beach and Playground, while adventure-seekers will want to explore the nearby Rosseau Falls. Just 30 minutes away is the charming town of Port Carling, which offers great shopping and dining options. Guests with a sweet tooth won't want to miss Abbey's Bakehouse, located just 20 minutes away. For those looking for a bit more action, Parry Sound is just a 25-minute drive and offers plenty of exciting outdoor activities. No matter what your interests, the Lake House is the perfect base for your Muskoka adventure.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
