Large and usable 65 acres in Falkland area with newer timber frame cabin, fully finished in 2016/2017 and updated again in 2021 and 2022 with brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom as well as other updates including, heat pump, baseboard heaters, new appliances, new drilled well, well house, full automation and remote management. Internet provided via Starlink 24/7. Can use this as secluded filming location away from city traffic and noise. Excellent for many film settings.
The property has all year running creek with good flow (Charcoal Creek), and large barn and two sheds. There are two water sources on the property (original gravity well that feeds from mountain with 20-30 natural psi of pressure) and brand new drilled well with 35GPM rate. Excellent for film crew water supply. All water is 100% filtered and ready to be used. RV dedicated spots with all services available including power, septic and water. The water treatment system is state of the art and features 8 stage system with UV-LED system as last stage. Water potability tests available.
The property has ~20-25 acres in mountain with trees and ~40-45 acres of flat usable land. Valley gets quite a bit of sun throughout the year even in winter time. Various filming spots available by the creek (waterfront access), by the small pond, in the barn, in valley, in the mountain with trees overlooking the valley or in the cabin.
