Relax & watch the changing light & wildlife from deck with grill.
Updated house with all amenities. Outdoor shower. .03 miles to the bay beach. Calm waters for swimming, kayaking. Walk for miles when the tide is out.
Close to ocean beach too and National Seashore for waves and surfing.
Great for biking, close to bike trail that goes through all Cape towns.
The space
Coastal retreat. Terrific launchpad to explore the Cape: enjoy beaches, kayaking, biking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, theatre, art shows, concerts, restaurants, bakeries & ice cream.
On the outer Cape, Eastham is quiet with bay beach, ocean & ponds. We have deer, rabbits, birds and the occasional fox in our yard. The National seashore, on the Atlantic Ocean is nearby with beaches, lighthouses and hiking trails.
Outside: Large deck with table and 6 chairs plus 2 lounge chairs. Weber grill and extra blue rhino in shed. Gardens & huge yard. Basketball court (and basketballs). Outdoor shower with hot water. Beach chairs and towels.
Inside: Fully-equipped, updated kitchen with a drip coffee maker and a separate espresso coffee machine, coffee bean grinder, toaster, blender, tea kettle, flatware, dishes, pots & pans, and "start-up supply" of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, kitchen sponges, paper towels, and TP.
(Grocery stores nearby for guests to stock up.)
2 full bathrooms, with full tub & shower, living room, and den with Smart TV. Strong WiFi. Ductless AC wall unit on main level & central AC air on 2nd level. Two bedrooms each have full-size beds and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. Bed linens, bath & beach towels provided. Finished basement has TV room with 65" Smart TV, office with flex desk & laundry room.
Guest access
Entire house, yards and gardens. Parking for 2 cars.
Other things to note
Can sleep 6. 2 Full size beds and 1 Queen size. No pets. Owner is a nature nerd & can provide ideas for biking, kayaking, & hiking. Once reservation confirmed, host will send house manual.
