Modern poolside detached apartment located in the back of our home, in a popular golf course community. The first floor opens up to our shared heated spa, pool, jacuzzi and lounge chairs. Just 10 minutes from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This suite has 2 bedrooms, queen beds/1 bathroom/full size pull out futon. Fully equipped kitchen/WiFi/outdoor kitchen and garden. We offer free parking, free laundry and the neighborhood is walking friendly. We are pet friendly and PET FEES APPLY.

Other things to note
Pet Policy: There will be a MINIMUM $100 NON REFUNDABLE fee per pet, per stay. Your animal MUST be trained and on a leash at all times. If there are any damages as a result of your pet, a fee will be assessed at the host discretion.
There cameras in all common spaces (pool/Jacuzzi, outside patio, backyard, front yard, garage/gym). There are no cameras in the apartment.
Unless otherwise requested, Jacuzzi will only be turned on with a two hour window of request use.
