We have developed and undeveloped areas to shoot your next production. contact us for specific details and to discuss your project.
We have commercial C3 zoning
We are located 3 hours from Toronto & 3 hours from Ottawa.
Each living space is private and spread out.
We are very flexible with production companies as it relates to all aspects of the shoot. We have heavy equipment for moving materials as well as for building and demolishing.
We can provide both diesel and premium fuel if needed.
There are 2-200AMP services on the property. there is also the potential to have Hydro One install a separate service if needed (with advanced notice).
Our parking area can handle over 40 vehicles, and we have access to another 80 spots with a shuttle service (if needed).
our washroom facilities are outdoor washrooms (outhouses) with 2 full washrooms in the main house (if that is part of the contract).
As we build more sites, there will be more washrooms available.
We also have a 45' man lift for rent to do aerial shots.
Our internet speeds are very fast (Starlink, Elon Musk).
there are security cameras onsite, and we can also provide 24 hr security guards if needed.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
