The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi, music studio, recording booth, luxury his & hers bathroom as well as a wrap-around closet. There are also 4 different balconies where you can take in all of the amazing views that this luxury estate has to offer. Step onto our one-of-a-kind roof observation deck where you'll get 360 degree view of the Hollywood Hills and San Fernando Valley. The conversation pit is also a crowd favorite due to its unique, grand aesthetic. The lower level bonus room also features modern pastel furniture and amenities which will definitely help your content stand out.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
