This 55,000sqft rooftop is MASSIVE! It's located atop a turn-of-the-century warehouse in the Produce Market District of Downtown Los Angeles and features the absolute best available, uninterrupted view of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline. All-Day outdoor parking is available for $9 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Venmo or Zelle. There are several Truck Loading Bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 25ft freight elevator (Please see freight elevator schedule). The elevator is also operated by an attendant. The entrance to the rooftop has a 40" wide door so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. You'll also have access to the restroom on the 5th floor of the building.
