Located just 5 minutes from downtown Portland and across the road from the Willamette River. Our 5300 square-foot Swiss Chalet style home was built in 1890 and has been renovated and immaculately maintained. It’s a four-story house with a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, hardwood flooring and wraparound decks. It has an open floor plan and sits on 1.6 acres with a lot of privacy. We are surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs. Leaded glass windows, coffered ceilings and a lot of wood detail. Lots of original fixtures, and in the right season, a lot of natural light. We are heavily forested in one area with a large lawn in another. It’s a great party house! Baby grand piano and lots more.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
