Logistics:
Every inquiry will be reviewed individually with the Renter to determine feasibility and additional fees.
-Depending on the type of event/production and amount of people, a $400 site representative/security fee might be added to your custom offer.
-Security fee might be added to your custom offer. -Cleaning fees might vary as well, going anywhere from $150 up to $500.
-A late-night fee will be applied to any event/production that goes beyond 8:00 pm.
-Misleading booking information provided by the Renter like event type, scope, unlawful activities done within the premises of the property, failure to comply with the host guidelines and/or disorderly conduct, may result in the immediate termination of the event at the Renter’s expense. In the case of this unfortunate scenario, everyone must vacate the property immediately.
SET CARE: No person is to be lying, sitting or sleeping on beds. Beds utilized for filming only. Any beds requiring setup or removal for scenes, management handles this only.
*Children on Set
All children must be accompanied by legal guardian at all times. We ask that all productions comply with child labor laws. Any productions not adhering will be shut down.
*Music Videos
For safety of all, music video productions must provide call sheet listing cast/extras. Loud music cannot be played on property past 9pm EST. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS/DRUGS allowed on property. Please emphasize this with cast, artist(s) & their management. Property is to be returned post booking in same condition as given both structure wise and cleanliness wise.
