On a quiet tree-lined street in the heart of Dovercourt Village, our home is your urban oasis that has modern lines with soft warm textures and touches that make this semi-detached home your home away from home.
Walk into a foyer with black marble heated floors and then to our open space main floor that boasts a cozy and serene livingroom with a sectional couch, Knoll marble coffee tables and a smart tv for all your entertainment needs. Or just play some vinyl on the record player for old times sake.
Cook in our professional kitchen on a Wolf stove with all the accoutrements. Ask Alexa anything or listen to your favourite song on our Sonos speakers. Serve up your best meals and dine on a gorgeous travertine diningroom table that sits 6-8. Or enjoy your meal on our back patio deck. End your night with a night cap on the patio couch under the stars.
Upstairs you will enter a large 4 piece marble bathroom with heated floors and ensuite laundry. The office can comfortably have two people working side by side with lots of desk space and a 26" monitor and Sonos speaker for your listening pleasure. The master bedroom is the perfect room to wake up on a lazy Sunday with a view of flickering birch trees. Relax on the king sized bed with a nap in the afternoon sun. The second bedroom is another zen oasis with an all-white them with hints of greenery and a double bed.
And if you need a workout, we have a well-equiped garage gym! A full set of kettlebells, adjustable dumbbells, a cable system and a Nordic Track treadmill. Get the full workout any time in our private gym!

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
