This is a 380 acre diverse farm with a house built in 1980, a second house built in 1870, a renovated barn, greenhouse and a diversity of landscapes from farm fields to wild prairie and wetlands to deep forest with ravines and over a kilometre of shoreline of the Big Otter river. Very secluded, quiet.
The main farm house features an eclectic folk art design, with an open concept kitchen, murals, colourful clay walls as well as a large open unfinished basement that could be used as a set or place for makeup, etc.
The barn features high ceilings, large open rooms.
Lots of space and a large variety of locations.
Includes a tent and a shack that can be used as prep area or as a set.
