2400 square foot 2 story house on a private 60 plus acre ski lake. Large dock, 2 carports, 2 sheds and a detached garage. Perfect for outdoor filming and photography. The house has 4 covered patio areas, 2 which are screened in.
The house has metal exterior walls which makes it very flexible to add or change with magnetic signs or boards. The property is large, plenty of parking for cars, trucks or motorhomes.
The property has a 3 acre operating blueberry farm. The farm is usually open 4 days a week from the end of March till mid-May. When not open the farm is not occupied except for occasional workers.
The dock is approximately 300 feet long and in rough shape. It could be rebuilt or a new surface installed.
A short 30 minute horror movie was filmed here approximately 5 years ago called "Quoted In Blood"

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
