Mid Century Modern Lake House

Hello my wife Aimee and I have a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom mid century modern bungalow on 1/2 acre of waterfront land, including 150 feet of shore line on the Bay of Quinte. We think our property is quite unique and may be suited for some film work. The exterior of the building is cedar shake siding. The interior has a large living room area made of cherry wood floors, wall panels and ceiling beams with functioning fireplace. The home has mostly MCM finishes, living / dining room, kitchen (very unique) along with one 3 piece washroom and the powder room. The bedrooms and primary ensuite are more modern with lots of windows. We have a double car garage, single car port and parking pad to accommodate 4 to 5 vehicles. We would be fine with some grass parking in addition. Our lane is private / shared with two other properties. The property has a unique story; it was built in 1951 by two women - one was a carpenter and the other the first canadian female commercial pilot. I could imagine these two women not receiving much help to become either and in addition most likely face some similar as partners building a home during that time. The home was sold to an airforce fighter pilot who was stationed in Germany during the 40’s who in turn sold to us. We have included a link with images of he property.
