Cocktail bar and lounge during the week and live DJ parties on the weekends- he infrastructure and aesthetic of the space is unique. Front seating, fluted pine benches and marble/ceramic bar tops, bar with seating around, DJ and dance floor area. It is an intimate narrow space with exquisite lighting and vibes. There are LED lights that go north / south in the room on the wall, three vintage pendant LED lights over the bar and a huge light rig over the DJ booth with further lighting illuminating the DJ booth, mirrors, bathrooms, etc. There is large mirror with LED lighting over the bar. The ceilings are 14 foot high original metal patina. The building itself is a Heritage Building over 150 years old. The bones with the added modern lighting and bar additions make this a very unique space. There is a Williamsburg, New York or Euro-Berlin vibe to the room. We have a full bar setup that can easily translate into many hospitality and similar settings. For bar, micro disco, café settings, cozy gatherings, dates and dance parties, our space is perfect. The lighting, bones of the space and versatility make this space have a ton of character.
