From my experience attending commercial and video productions, I know my house is very conducive to shoots. It's bright , tasteful and ideal for crew and equipment. There's a large open kitchen, 4 bathrooms - all good-sized - a huge great room and master bedroom and plenty of parking, both on my property and the local streets. The stairwell to the second floor features large, vertical windows and a high ceiling. The basement bathroom has a double vanity and is idea for hair and makeup. There's plenty of space to set up a video village for clients. All in all, I think (and it has been suggested to me) that my house could be perfect for either commercial, TV or film shoots.
We're very laid back people, and would welcome any interest in shooting here.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
