Open concept and available all year round, 2 hours and 45 minutes outside of Toronto. 4 minute walk to the stunning Sauble Beach. Huge open lot next door also owned by us. Can park upwards of 15 cars between the 2 properties. Property is completely surrounded by trees for terrific privacy.
