Poplar Place By The Lake

Relax with the whole family at this serene cottage surrounded by nature with access to Sturgeon Lake. Enjoy the many areas on the property and when you are craving a change of scenery head to the water which is a 5 minute walk away. There is a hot tub in the backyard, fire pit area and badminton-volleyball area. The shared beach access offers a dock for swimming and relaxing along the shore with beautiful views of the lake. SLEEPING - The main floor offers two bedrooms. One room has a queen bed with sliding doors and a balcony overlooking the forested backyard. The second room offers a double bed with large closets. - In the lower level there is a room with a queen bed with a large window looking out onto the yard and trees. The other room boasts a single over double bunk along with a futon for watching tv. For additional guests, there is a pull out couch in the living room. LIVING ROOM The living room offers a sectional couch along with two comfortable chairs next to a fireplace and a television. Dining room The dining area offers a large table with 6 chairs, however additional seating is available to host up to 10 people. Surrounded by several windows, it is open to the kitchen area and offers a cozy feel thanks to a fireplace for those cooler nights. Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances/cookware/utensils. Additional items include: *Electric Kettle *Coffee Maker *Microwave, Stove Top, Oven *Pots, Frying Pans, Mixing Bowls, All basic cooking/eating utensils Entertainment and Outdoor Activities There are two televisions, one upstairs in the living room and the other the lower room with bunk beds. Both offer Netflix, Disney + (need own account), Wifi movie streaming. Several board games are also available: Monopoly, Life, etc. There are also outdoor games such as a Giant Jenga Game, Badminton, Volleyball, Giant Connect 4 Game and Bocce Ball. There is a canoe on the property which can be used but must be brought to the lake and must be brought back when not in immediate use. Parking There is a long driveway with parking room for up to 4 cars.
