The Studio is a turnkey virtual production and content creation studio. Whether you're looking to create a Virtual Reality show or looking to live stream your next corporate conference, we can do it all! Our studio has been the set for the worlds top artists, directors, and brands! By utilizing state-of-the-art virtual sets, we can transport any production to anywhere in the world.
Are you looking to create the next best virtual reality show or maybe to create a 3D virtual tour for a remote site survey? Anything is possible at our multidimensional studio.
By utilizing XR/AR/MR capabilities, we specialize in virtual and interactive productions that can include: Virtual sets, 3D worlds, avatars, and assets, social media integration and sentiments in real time, live shopping and crypto currency integration, remote hosts, guests, and livestreams, and more!
We can cater to any industry looking to create cutting edge digital media. Our 18'X20' pre-lit green screen cyclorama sets the backdrop for all your creative endeavors. The stage area is about 2,145 sq. ft., while the entirety of the studio is 7,500 sq.ft. We also offer a wide variety of equipment to rent out for your production along with the option to rent our control room for live productions.

Please reach out for a full quote as quotations are dependent on production size, type, and needs. The pricing listed is the hourly rate for use of the pre-lit greenscreen cyclorama without equipment, control room access, staffing, or virtual and interactive add-ons.
A Studio Manager is included with every rental and will be present at the studio for your full rental term to assist you. Maximum capacity on the stage at one time is 21 persons due to the City of Burbank Fire Department. Additional people in the studio, outside the stage, are allowed. Please contact us if you will be having over 21 persons in your production.

Cancellation Policy
Standard
Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
