If you’re the type of artist engineer etc that likes to lock in for days at a time in an aesthetically pleasing, creative, safe environment at a super discounted per hour price you won’t find anywhere else and perfect your project this is the place for you.
This front desk security and camera equipped studio has a 500 sq ft recording studio with a 200sq ft live band sized vocal booth.
No actual Shower available. There are 2 sofas, an air mattress and a very clean bathroom in the hallway of the suite. It’s basically just a music studio.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
