Welcome to our natural retreat in the Catskills. Located on a private road across from 50 acres of State land with much wildlife. The house is a unique hand carved timber frame of mortise and tenon joinery from our property and local lumber of oak, pine and hemlock with birch flooring and zero carbon used in construction. We are a small scale farm growing wild berries, currants and herbs and maintain a natural landscape Tabasco is a small unique hamlet north of Kerhonkson in the township of Rochester in Ulster County. We are surrounded by lush forestry and microclimate of unique and beautiful forestry of Sundown Wild Forest, Minnewaska State Park Preserve, Mohonk Preserve, Ashokan watershed, Slide Mountain Wilderness and Big Indian Wilderness. Samsonville road travels through a unique and beautiful vistas of Mombaccus Mountain.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
