We took a modern carriage house, added beams, a beautiful Murano Glass chandelier, fireplaces, a gym and other well thought out rooms to include a wine room suitable for a fine dining establishment. Once the architect and custom builders completed this home, we finished it off with furnishings from Design within Reach, Knoll and Roche Bobois, and lighting from Luce Plan and Flos.
The kitchen is a true chef kitchen to include a custom Blue Star range, high energy hood and a wall filled with used pots and pans.
This can be a perfect location for a photo shoot highlighting a high end or hip brand, among other options.
We are including pictures of each room which can tell it all. We decided to go on Set Scouter because everyone that comes to our home is blown away with the layout and decor.
Professional Clean Up crew required at conclusion of rental.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
