Inside our 44000 sqft building you will find furnishings, wardrobe and set decoration throughout as we run a film rental business. Inclusive of that space is our custom Woodland Rustic Cabin built inside the building which includes backdrops. This space has been used for music videos, private events, converted into Santa's Workshop and more. Anything needed to dress or modify the space to suit the production is conveniently located on site as well. Need a Western looking space? Cabin in the woods? All possible within our space.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
