The staircase is open from 3rd floor to basement with solid wood sliding doors that close off the main floor great room as well as the mudroom from the rest of the house.
The finishes are primarily light with some dark accents such as doors, window frames and millwork and everything has been meticulously chosen to create a contemporary home with warmth.
The driveway can fit 3 cars with the ability to park a 4th on the front walkway. The backyard has mature foliage at the back with new landscaping everywhere else. There is a built in BBQ on patio and 2 small modern sheds also in the same dark accent colour. The home is white with black windows and accents.
