We have a Theatre Arts Complex with 3 theatres and one rehearsal room. There is a gorgeous 1940's art deco-inspired lobby, 4 restrooms, dedicated dressing rooms for each space and a communal green room.
We are able to rent you the whole property or individual spaces customizable to your production needs. Current Rates are set for the whole property.
The Rosalie Theatre: our largest theatre with 75 seats and a raised stage. The Stage is 20 ft wide and 15 ft deep, with 2 artist entrances separate from the audience entrance.
The Emerson Theatre: our more traditional theatre with 50 seats. The Stage is 24 ft wide and 13 ft deep, with 2 artist entrances separate from the audience entrance.
The Beckett Theatre: our theatre with 48 seats and a balcony section. The Stage is 23 ft wide and 8-11 ft deep, with 1 artist entrance separate from the audience entrance.
Additional spaces are two rehearsal rooms great for actor holding or production office.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
