Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street for up to 6 vehicles. In the living room, there is a smart tv perfect for presentations. Also, the dining area with a table that seats up to 6 is the perfect use for meeting space for taking notes and laptop use. Seating is also available in the living space and at the kitchen island counter. The bedrooms can be used as dressing rooms as they each have full mirrors and closet space. The home is newly renovated with all new appliances. There is great natural light throughout the home and plenty of lighting as well. The back deck looks out over the backyard and is a great space for filming.
