Our home is a square Victorian built in 1917, located in River Forest, IL. We are newly renovated, but maintain many original architectural details such as hardwood floors, coved ceilings, decorative millwork, and arched doorways. Our home is warm, colorful and well-styled.
Our main suite bath and closets were converted from a 4th bedroom in 2020 in a single episode of a HGTV show. In 2022, we renovated our first floor to create an open concept kitchen and family room, and built a powder room and mudroom addition. Our kitchen boasts custom, floor to ceiling cabinetry, a custom copper range hood, GE Monogram appliances, and quartzite countertops.
The exterior of our home is freshly painted, we have a beautiful front porch, and we reside on a (fairly) quiet, treelined street.
