It's a very unique property in our area as it gives the feeling of being in a cabin in the woods or on a ranch. The Great Room is open to the 2nd floor giving a spacious and open-concept look. The 2nd floor is open to the 1st floor with a balcony that wraps around. The wood ceiling is absolutely beautiful. The fireplace is made of a rock wall that extends to the 2nd floor. There is also a wrap around porch filled with rocking chairs that gives the "Cracker Barrel" feel. On the exterior you will find that the home sits under a gorgeous Hammock filled with Oak trees, Gumbo Limbos, Silver Palms, Sabal Palms, Saw Palmettos and many other native trees. There are trails around the property; some have been left with a less trimmed and more exotic, over-grown natural look. Other trails are more cleaned up and trimmed. There is a John Deere Farm tractor sitting on the East side of the property. The ranch has horse stalls, a round-pen for horses, a chicken coop and small live stock pens for the farm animals. Currently we have 3 horses, pigs, goats, chickens and two blue heeler dog. There is plenty of parking space. Also have 2 entrances to the location, the main entrance and a back entrance that is perfect for big trucks, rigs etc carrying equipment. **Please keep in mind that the prices shown are for production crews of 20 or less during the hours of 7am - 7pm.
